All technical, commercial, and policy information on this website is provided for general guidance. Content may be updated without prior notice. Final project scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed only through written proposal or signed contract.
References to subsidy schemes (including PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana launched by the Ministry of Power / MNRE vide notification dated February 2024, and other relevant state or central programs) are provided for general guidance. Eligibility criteria, subsidy amounts, disbursement timelines, and procedural requirements are determined exclusively by the relevant government authority and are subject to change through official notifications. Subsidy for residential rooftop systems is currently administered via pmsuryaghar.gov.in. Users must verify current scheme details and eligibility on official portals before making financial decisions. MVS Solar Solutions facilitates the application process but does not guarantee subsidy approval, amount, or timeline.
Grid-connected rooftop solar systems are subject to the Electricity Act, 2003, CEA (Technical Standards for Connectivity of the Distributed Generation Resources) Regulations 2013 (as amended), and regulations issued by the relevant State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC). In Telangana, net metering is governed by TSERC Solar Rooftop Policy and TSNPDCL/TSSPDCL net metering procedures. In Andhra Pradesh, APERC regulations apply. Grid connection without prior DISCOM approval is not permitted. Process timelines, fees, and technical requirements vary by state, utility, and consumer category.
Generation and savings projections are estimates and may vary due to irradiation, weather, rooftop orientation, shading, module performance, maintenance, grid downtime, and usage profile. No unconditional generation or bill-saving guarantee is implied unless specifically stated in a written agreement.
Prices displayed on the website are indicative only. Applicable GST is currently 12% on solar PV modules and complete systems (subject to revision). Prices may change due to material cost movements, logistics, DISCOM connection/inspection fees, structural reinforcement requirements, site-specific civil work, import duties, or government tax changes. All charges including GST, DISCOM fees, and approval costs are itemised in the written commercial proposal issued prior to advance payment. No payment is collected before a formal proposal is accepted by the customer.
All solar PV installations are performed in compliance with: CEA (Measures Relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations 2010; IS 13947, IS 732 (Indian Standards for wiring and switchgear); IEC 62109 (safety of power converters); MNRE technical guidelines for rooftop solar; and relevant DISCOM grid connectivity requirements. Earthing, surge protection, DC isolators, and anti-islanding devices are installed as required. Any changes made by the customer to the installed system outside of our service agreements that result in safety incidents are outside the scope of our liability.
